Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Last Updated: March 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to www.cadresgp.com (the "Website") and the Cadre One platform (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Cadre Strategic Growth Partners, LLC ("Cadre", "We", "Our", "Us"). This Policy describes how We collect, use, and protect information when you visit Our Website or use the Cadre One Platform.
By using Our Website or Platform, you consent to the terms of this Policy and to Our use of your information as described here.
1. Scope
This Policy covers two distinct services:
- The Website (www.cadresgp.com) — Our public marketing site, accessible to all visitors.
- The Cadre One Platform — Our authenticated, cloud-based strategy and execution platform available to authorized users. A separate client services agreement governs the terms of Platform use; this Policy covers the privacy aspects of that use.
This Policy does not apply to information collected by Us in person, through the mail, by telephone, or any other offline means.
2. Information We Collect
A. Website Visitors
When you visit Our Website, We may collect:
- Contact information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address, company, and phone number when you submit a contact form or request information.
- Non-personal information — such as browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, referring URLs, and dates and times of access. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is used to analyze trends, administer the Website, and improve your experience.
B. Cadre One Platform Users
When you use the Cadre One Platform, We may collect:
- Account information — name, email address, role, and organization, collected during account creation and managed through AWS Cognito authentication services.
- Authentication data — login credentials, multi-factor authentication (MFA) tokens, and session information, processed and secured by AWS Cognito.
- Business data you enter — including strategic plans, objectives, KPIs, project details, process improvement records, and other operational information entered into the Platform. This data belongs to you and your organization.
- Usage data — such as features accessed, actions taken within the Platform, and session duration. This is used to improve the Platform and provide support.
3. How We Use Your Information
A. Website
- To respond to your inquiries and requests for information
- To send announcements, newsletters, or marketing communications (with your consent)
- To analyze Website traffic and improve Our content and user experience
- To administer and maintain the Website
B. Cadre One Platform
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features
- To authenticate users and manage access controls
- To provide customer support and respond to technical issues
- To improve Platform functionality and develop new features
- To generate aggregated, anonymized analytics about Platform usage (individual business data is never shared)
4. Data Ownership & Client Business Data
Cadre does not sell, share, or use client business data for marketing purposes. The ownership and handling of business data depends on the nature of the client relationship:
A. Consulting Engagements (Cadre-Managed)
When Cadre is engaged to deliver consulting services, Our team may use the Cadre One Platform as an internal tool to support the engagement. In this model, the client does not have direct access to the Platform. Data created by Cadre consultants during the engagement — including analysis, deliverables, strategic plans, and related work product — is governed by the mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and client services agreement in place between the parties. This is no different from any other consulting work product (spreadsheets, presentations, documents, etc.) created during an engagement. Cadre retains this data as part of Our internal records and is bound by the confidentiality obligations of the NDA. There is no automatic archival or deletion obligation for consulting engagement data.
B. Platform Access Engagements (Client-Managed)
When clients are granted direct access to the Cadre One Platform with their own authenticated accounts, business data entered into the Platform — including strategic plans, objectives, project details, process improvement records, and related operational information — belongs to the client organization that created it. We access client data only as necessary to provide the Platform services, troubleshoot issues, or as directed by the client. Upon termination of a Platform access engagement, the data archival and retention policies described in Section 9 apply.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on Our Website to:
- Recognize returning visitors and maintain session state
- Analyze traffic patterns and Website performance
- Deliver relevant content based on your browsing behavior
The Cadre One Platform uses session cookies and authentication tokens necessary for secure operation. These are essential cookies required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled while using the Platform.
You can control the use of non-essential cookies at the individual browser level. For more information on managing cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies.
6. Protection of Information
We take the security of your information seriously and employ commercially reasonable measures to protect it, including:
- Infrastructure — The Cadre One Platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), utilizing enterprise-grade security controls, encryption at rest and in transit, and compliance certifications.
- Authentication — Platform access is secured through AWS Cognito with support for multi-factor authentication (MFA) via time-based one-time passwords (TOTP).
- Access controls — Role-based access ensures users only see information relevant to their responsibilities.
- Employee access — Access to personal and business data is restricted to Cadre personnel who need it to provide products and services.
Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and assume no liability for disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other acts beyond Our reasonable control.
7. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — To third-party providers who help Us operate the Website and Platform (e.g., AWS, analytics providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements — When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
- Business transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If such a transfer occurs, We will notify affected users.
- With your consent — When you have given Us explicit permission to share your information.
8. Your Rights & Choices
- Marketing opt-out — You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting Us at info@cadresgp.com.
- Access & correction — You may request access to or correction of your Personal Information by contacting Us.
- Deletion — You may request deletion of your Personal Information, subject to Our legal and contractual obligations to retain certain records.
- Data export — Cadre One Platform users may request export of their business data in accordance with their client services agreement.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact Us at info@cadresgp.com.
9. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Website inquiry data is retained for a reasonable period to follow up on your request.
A. Consulting Engagement Data
Data created by Cadre during consulting engagements is retained as part of Our internal records, consistent with standard professional services practices. This data is protected by the confidentiality obligations of the NDA and client services agreement. Clients may request deletion of data related to their engagement at any time by contacting Us at info@cadresgp.com.
B. Platform Access Data
For clients with direct Cadre One Platform access: upon termination of a Platform engagement, client accounts are deactivated and all associated business data is archived for twelve (12) months. During this archive period, data is retained but inaccessible to end users. Clients may request reactivation of their account and data at any time within this window. After the 12-month archive period, all client business data is permanently and irreversibly deleted unless the client has requested an extension in writing. Clients may also request immediate deletion of their data at any time by contacting Us at info@cadresgp.com.
10. Third-Party Websites & Services
Our Website and Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
11. Children Under 13
Our Website and Platform are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If We become aware that a child under 13 has provided Us with personal information, We will delete such information promptly.
12. International Visitors
Our Website and Platform are hosted in the United States on AWS infrastructure. If you access Our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using Our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If We make material changes, We will post the updated Policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of Our Website or Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
